Some in the media were left red-faced yesterday evening when Andy Robertson took it upon himself to intervene in something media outlets were passing off as fact on Monday evening.
According to Football Scotland, the comments which circulated yesterday about Andy Robertson ‘advising’ Kieran Tierney to leave Celtic came from a Transfer Window podcast.
The report claims Celtic have told Kieran Tierney they want to sell him to Arsenal with the same guy, Ian McGarry also making the Andy Robertson claim.
These are two claims that can now obviously be laughed at for the joke they are.
Some in the business pretending to know what’s going on behind the scenes at Celtic when in reality they are none the wiser.
Andy Robertson absolutely killed the podcast’s claim dead on Monday night when he posted the Tweet below.

The rumours and innuendo around this transfer have already become nauseating for Celtic fans. We have an English media who believe any player would jump at the chance to leave the Scottish Champions for the Premier League and a Scottish media strangely tying to push him out the door.
