Celtic trained hard this week ahead of Saturday’s Glasgow derby and there are several things to note from a recent video that was posted on the club’s official YouTube channel. The clip has been forensically searched by many Celtic fans since it dropped!
In a rainy session at Lennoxtown, Aaron Mooy was pictured with it looking like he will be available for Saturday in a huge boost for Celtic.
Several other first team regulars took part such as Kyogo, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Jota and Daizen Maeda.
There were some notable absentees, however. Greg Taylor nor Reo Hatate were pictured, much to the concern of many.
Taylor was withdrawn on 65 minutes against Ross County on Sunday through injury meanwhile Hatate has been struggling for a number of weeks.
If these two aren’t available for the weekend, it will be a significant blow to Celtic although they do have sufficient cover. Iwata came into midfield against County and was sufficient meanwhile Alexandro Bernabei greatly contributed off the bench.
