ANGE POSTECOGLOU has been doing more interviews with Australian media outlets as the club look to capitalise on the international feel of this current Celtic squad, from the managers to the players.
The Celtic gaffer is always more relaxed in the interviews conducted by his fellow Australians and knows most of the pundits well from his time as the national coach.
At the beginning of the interview, Ange commended Craig Forster for his work with refugees in the country and the conversation quickly came around to Celtic fans and their ethos.
Speaking to StanSport:
Ange on identifying and having an affinity with Celtic right from the start because our strong sense of social justice 🍀👌 pic.twitter.com/gFszJq1IzV

There is a natural fit with Celtic and Ange for sure. Both have really strong views on social justice and the way things should be done in society.
The manager clearly respects the support for the many things they do in the community and over the years the support, in particular, the Green brigade have been praised internationally for their initiatives.
Match the fine for Palestine was an incredible effort where the fans looked to raise around £10k to match the fine Celtic got from UEFA for the club waving Palestinian flags. You can read more about it here from an article we posted back in 2017.
