Ange Postecoglou’s former club South Melbourne has launched their new goalkeeper shirt for the 2022 season and they claim to be paying homage to the Celtic manager.
The Australian outfit has chosen the colour green for their Goalkeepers in honour of Ange’s jaunt into Europe with Celtic.
Ange himself was never a goalkeeper but I suppose it’s much easier to change a goalkeepers shirt than an entire first team strip for the season.

It’s certainly South Melbourne’s attempt to market themselves to Celtic fans. Many supporters under the post already asking if the club will ship to the UK.
Ange has been making waves back home as he continues to guide Celtic through a rebuild which has turned into a major title challenge.
The bhoys in green are top of the league having already won the League Cup and they’re now into the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup.
Everyone is right behind the Celtic manager.
