Celtic Football Club’s global footprint was magnificently highlighted this week, as the Celtic Foundation organised its annual gala in Manhattan, a significant event dedicated to generating crucial funds for a wide range of commendable charitable causes.

This prestigious occasion attracted notable personalities from within the club’s echelons as well as entertainers dearly held in the hearts of Celtic supporters.

Among the illustrious attendees were Brendan Rodgers and Dermot Desmond, amongst others, contributing to the gala’s prominence. Liam McGrandles stood out, captivating those present with renditions of popular Celtic anthems, further elevating the event’s spirit.

A separate, equally compelling event unfolded a day or so after the gala, near the top of the Freedom Tower—the iconic structure that rose from where the Twin Towers once stood.

In a moment that has since captured the hearts of many, Liam McGrandles delivered a stirring performance of “You’ll Never Walk Alone”, surrounded by Celtic fans having a few beers. With scarves waving high, they joined in a chorus in a surreal but poignant moment.
