CELTIC best Sarajevo 2-1 on the night and made sure they done a professional job to get past the Bosnian Champions.

A goal a piece from Ryan Christie and Callum McGregor won the game on the night and made it 5-2 on aggregate.

However, the biggest roar of the night came from a very special moment when Neil Lennon reintroduced Leigh Griffiths back onto competitive action.

The player has been out since November for personal reasons and had not kicked a ball for the club in 2019 until Wednesday evening.

With the clock ticking down, Neil Lennon decided to bring his striker on for the last ten minutes and as Leigh entered the field he got a spine tingling reception.

The Celtic manager knows the frontman isn’t fully fit to start yet but it’s another milestone on the road to recovery for a man who was taken away from the game to fight his demons.

Celtic Park is going to be noisy when he bags his first goal back!
