Kyogo Furuhashi has doubled Celtic’s lead, with the Hoops now 2-0 up against Hearts at Celtic Park.

An incredible through ball from Matt O’Riley over the Hearts defence found Kyogo, who calmly side footed the ball with a first-time volley for a spectacular goal in the 20th minute.

The pass and finish were simply unbelievable, highlighting the underrated partnership between O’Riley and Kyogo.

Each player has contributed to a considerable number of goals this season, with O’Riley looking likely to clinch the Celtic Player of the Year award after his incredible season.

Kyogo has certainly been at the very top of his game this afternoon, marking the first time since the last league game of last season against Aberdeen that he has scored two goals in a game.

The Japanese striker has faced questions at times this season, but he has bounced back sensationally at the business end of the season.

He is clearly Celtic’s talisman upfront, despite pressure from Adam Idah on the Celtic bench.
