Josip Juranovic is no longer a Celtic player after signing for Union Berlin this weekend in a deal that will net Celtic up to £10m.
The defender ended his 18-month stint in Glasgow after helping to win a league and cup double under Ange Postecoglou.
The bond in the Celtic dressing room among the players is very strong due to the nature of last season. The Celtic manager brought a group of individuals together and made them a title winning team within ten months.
Josip was a big part of the success of the team and friendships that have been made will last a very long time.
One friendship that emerged was Josip and Daizen Maeda. A bond that was made stronger during the World Cup when the two players came up against each other in the knockout phase.

JJ reposted lots of the Celtic players messages to him on Instagram, but he reserved a message for Maeda with the simple tagline ‘brother’.

Daizen joined the club last January and has become a major part of the team.
