Celtic will have to asses the fitness of both Kieran Tierney and Tom Rogic this week when both report back to Lennoxtown after the international break.

Kieran didn’t even manage any game time for Scotland with the defender bowing out of the squad before their 4-0 win in Albania.

The Scotland boss put Tierney’s injury down to tightness in his calves and blamed the artificial surface Celtic has just played on against Livingston in the SPFL.

Tom Rogic did manage to play a full 90 minutes against South Korea on Saturday as the Socceroos managed to pinch a late equaliser in Brisbane. It was Rogic’s last gasp shot which made the keeper fumble allowing the Australian’s to score.

The Socceroos have a game on Tuesday against Lebanon but Australia boss Graham Arnold has already said Tom will play no part in the Friendly as he’s struggling with a knee injury.

Both players are vital for Celtic and with eleven games in 36 days starting Saturday the bhoys need to have ll their best players fit and ready to go.

It will be up to the coaching staff to manage their injuries and hope they can get both players back to 100%.
