A January review was promised by Celtic when it came to our situation and the manager at the club.

As it stands, we are nineteen points behind in the league, albeit with three games in hand. We’re out of the league cup, we never made the Champions League and we were humiliated in the Europa League.

If you watch Celtic week in, week out, you know change has to happen.

However, when you’re our majority shareholder who only pokes his head in from time to time or watched the bigger games, then you’ve seen enough for things to continue as they are, apparently.

SunSport report Dermot Desmond STILL has Neil Lennon’s back and the manager will continue for the rest of the season at least. The report claims Desmond saw enough during the Glasgow Derby to think the Hoops are still in good hands.

At this point, the club and Desmond are clearly banking on our blind support when season ticket renewals begin.

The supporters don’t feel listened to and after paying a lot of money to sit in our living room this year and watch some of the football served up.

The club takes the fans for granted; give us your money and be quiet seems to be the approach.

Lip service will be paid to our importance when season ticket renewals come along again. Let’s not forget these dark winter months.
