Celtic will be without Olivier Ntcham for another week or so according to Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers.
The Frenchman pulled a hamstring in the first day of the Dubai training camp and has been unable to train since. The midfielder had a torrid time at Ibrox in his last game before the break and now he must sit idle and hope he recovers in time for the Valencia game.
Celtic are already without Tom Rogic who is playing in the Asian Cup, the midfielder has been pivotal for his country as they managed to get through to the knockout stage of the competition.
The positive for Celtic is they are strong in Ntchams position and can cope without the Frenchman’s presence in the short term.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference on Monday Rodgers let it be known Edouard is back in training and Ntcham will not be far behind him.

There were rumours last week of Porto coming back in for Ntcham after a failed bid in the summer. This injury would appear to have quelled any expectation the player could potentially leave the club in the January window.
