Leipzig have rubbed it in on social media after beating Celtic in Glasgow on Matchday four of the Champions League.
The Germans played well on the night and took their chances when they came, whereas Celtic had another misfiring night in front of goal.
It’s back to back wins for the German club against Celtic and when Timo Werner hit the back of the net, the official social media account post they ‘just can’t get enough’; borrowing Celtic fans chant for the night to rub salt in the wounds.

Celtic have competed and made chances against all of their opponents in the Champions League. The finishing has been our undoing, and when the opposition get their chances, they are clinical.
We can compete to a certain point, however, if you’re taking your chances then you can’t complain. The Shakhtar draw is particularly on our minds after this poor double header. Celtic were by far the better side against the Ukrainian’s but yet the old lack of finishing meant we only came back from Poland with a point.
It looks very unlikely we’ll have European football past Christmas.
