Celtic will go up against an in-form Ross County side on Sunday as the post-split matches get under way.

County haven’t lost at home since losing to Celtic earlier in the campaign when Anthony Ralston headed home a 97th minute winner. It’s going to be a very tough game for Celtic.

It feels like it’s got a little tougher with the referee appointment for the game.

Kevin Clancy has been handled the whistle for the game in Dingwall. Doing our homework in the build up to the match, we’ve noticed Celtic haven’t had much luck when Kevin has been in charge.

The whistler has been in charge of four SPFL games this season involving Celtic and the Hoops have only managed to come out victorious on one occasion.

Clancy’s Celtic record this season:

The Rangers 1-0 Celtic

Celtic 1-1 Dundee Utd

Aberdeen 1-2 Celtic

Hibernian 0-0 Celtic

It’s not a good omen for the bhoys heading into the game on Sunday. Seven points dropped under Clancy’s watch. – it’s a cause for concern.

We have to make sure we’re at our absolute best to make sure the referee can’t be a factor in proceedings.

The bhoys last game in the SPFL was a 7-0 dismantling of St Johnstone at home. They need to shake off the cup disappointment and get ready for this run-in.
