FRASER FORSTER was the man of the match as he put in a performance for the ages when he shut out an Ibrox side who threw the kitchen sink at Celtic on Sunday afternoon.

The on loan Southampton goalkeeper was incredible from start to finish today and was the reason Celtic lifted the trophy. Point blank saves, batting away 30-yard strikes and saving a penalty – it was outstanding to watch.

Here are all his top moments on the day – relive him absolutely sticking it to The Rangers team who just couldn’t get past the big man.

Celtic won their tenth domestic trophy in a row as a result and their fourth League Cup title on the bounce.

It was also Neil Lennon’s first League Cup trophy as a manager which will be sweet for the Irishman. The Celtic manager was pivotal in bringing Fraser back to the club in the summer and his decision has paid off.
