ODSONNE EDOUARD picked up the SPFL player of the month award for February after the striker scored in five consecutive games for the club.

In a month where we waved goodbye to Neil Lennon, Edouard did excel and we perhaps got the best out of him this season during the period.

Eddy has had a low key season by his standards but he still leads the scoring charts. The Frenchman’s talents are obvious for those who see him play.

This could be the last time the frontman scoops the award with the consensus being Eddy will move on in the summer.

Celtic will have a massive task replacing their talisman this summer if reports are correct. It’s going to take a monumental effort on the part of a new DoF and manager to figure out the way forward for the club.
