With the news Celtic colts take on Clyde in the first game of this season’s Glasgow Cup there’s a few things we’d love to see this evening at Broadwood.
If that’s the case and Celtic have been aware of it in advance there must be room to see either Daniel Arzani, Marian Shved or Bayo get some game time tonight.
Three players the Celtic fans would love to see more of in the next few months. We don’t know what they can do yet and that’s the frustrating thing.
Arzani has been out for a long time and getting some games under his belt at this level could help immensely. For Bayo and Shved it’s all about getting minutes and becoming as match sharp as possible.
Shved made a cameo appearance against Kalju and rattled in a goal not long after coming on for Neil Lennon’s side. He hasn’t been seen since!
The likes of Dembele, Connell, Oko-flex, Deas and Coffey could likely be in the mix.
The game is being held at Broadwood and kicks off at 20:15 tonight.
Admission is £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
