Under Ange Postecoglou, Celtic have recently secured back to back titles.

The Hoops are on to win their eighth domestic treble at the beginning of June and one former manager who helped the club to one of those clean sweeps has recently turned down a return to management.

Neil Lennon, who managed Celtic for a total of six years across two spells, was reportedly ‘sounded out’ by St. Pats Athletic in the Irish top flight but he rebuffed their advances.

Lennon’s last job was in Cyprus with Omonia Nicosia yet he was sacked by the club in October of last year despite winning them the Cypriot cup in 2021/22.

Although he has knocked back St. Pats, Lennon is still on the hunt for another job with Olympiacos a name who have been mentioned.

It will be intriguing to see where the Northern Irishman ends up and it is certain everyone at Celtic will be keeping an eye on how his career transpires.
