VALENCIA have this morning released a statement saying there will be no further sale of home tickets for tonight’s game at the Mastella over safety concerns.
We reported earlier today that Celtic fans with Irish passports were being allowed to buy tickets for the home end with only UK Passports banned from doing so. There could be a sizeable amount of Celtic fans in the home end if they can get past security tonight.

The statement comes as this trip turns into a farce with heavy-handed policing, no fan zone and a refusal from Valencia to show any sort of hospitality.
Celtic fans have been told to stay vigilant and watch out for the Spanish police who have been beating Celtic fans with batons under no provocation.
